Ready-to-Wear Items: Dispatched within 2 working days

Customized Orders: Dispatched within 5 working days

Courier Services: Delivered via SingPost or NinjaVan

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (SGT) will be processed the next working day

Free delivery for orders above SGD50

Return & Exchange Policy

🛍️ Ready-to-Wear Items

Returns & Exchanges accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong.
✂️ Customized & Made-to-Order Items

Due to their personalized nature, customized pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If there is a quality issue or incorrect sizing based on your submitted measurements, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We’ll do our best to fix it.
🚚 Return Process

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds (for ready-to-wear items only) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days upon receipt and inspection.
